Graduation Requirements

Upon the completion of all theoretical and practical courses, including the compulsory student practical training, as well as after passing all examinations in the entire course of studies, students are required to submit the following items to the Dean’s office:



— Student’s Book and the completed third-year examination card with all necessary stamps and


— Completed Practical Training Workbook.

— Clearance Card with all necessary stamps and signatures – due by May 31, 2017.

— 8 diploma photos, in Polish ZDJĘCIA DYPLOMOWE, size 45 mm x 65 mm, due by May 31, 2017.

— Questionnaire for the VPU Questionnaire Diploma Supplement – due by May 31, 2017. – pdf


The Bachelor Thesis Presentations should be:

— recorded onto CD in the PowerPoint System and packed in the labelled envelope for CDs

(student’s first name and surname, student no., thesis title).

— printed out and it should include the Supervisor signature and date in the first page,

— put into a folder and submitted together with the CD, to the Dean’s Office – due by May 31, 2017.

Dates of diploma exams:

— 3rd year BSc Physiotherapy students in the academic year 2016/2017 – July 5, 2017

— 2nd year MA International Tourism in the academic year 2016/2017 –

The Dean’s Office has 20 working days for preparation of the Diploma from the date of the diploma exam.


Please be reminded that a student must have all the University fees paid prior to receiving the diploma.
