Course description

The Modern-Day Personal Trainer Course introduced by Vincent Pol University in Lublin provides a complex approach to one of the most popular career path today – a personal trainer. The 80-hours course combines a necessary theoretical knowledge and useful practical approach to diverse aspects of being a professional personal trainer. Participants will learn the basics of human body structure and functions, rules of effective teaching and communication, and embrace a worldwide hype on being fit and having a healthy lifestyle. They will also gain interpersonal skills, be able to interview the customers, diagnose their needs and movement issues, and set short and long-term goals for them.

The aim of Modern-Day Personal Trainer Course is to provide participants with knowledge and skills necessary for performing independently in a personal trainer profession. Participant will experience a substantial number of physical exercises divided into three fundamental categories: functional and multiarticular exercises, body-building exercises, and motor training exercise. Moreover, participants will understand and practice the basic groups of mobility exercises used for preventing injuries, improving power, efficiency and range of movements, and keeping customers healthy. Thus, the graduate will be prepared for working with an individual client as well as with groups of people of various ages and levels of physical fitness.

Upon successful completion the participants will receive the Certificate of Completion and an Academic Transcript of Vincent Pol University. Additionally, graduates will receive a Certificate of Professional Fitness Equipment Training of “Cube Squash and Fitness”.
