Required documents (Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree prospective graduates):
— Student’s Book and all the examination cards from the whole course of studies with all necessary stamps and signatures;
— Completed Practical Training Book;
— Clearance Card with all necessary stamps and signatures – due by May 31, 2019;
— 7 diploma photos, in Polish ZDJĘCIA DYPLOMOWE, size 45 mm x 65 mm, due by May 31, 2019;
— Questionnaire for the VPU Diploma Supplement – due by May 31, 2019 – attachment
The Bachelor’s Thesis Presentations should be:
— recorded onto CD in the PowerPoint System and packed in the labelled envelope for CDs (student’s first name and surname, student no., thesis title).
— printed out and it should include the Supervisor’s signature and date in the first page,
— put into a folder and submitted together with the CD, to the Dean’s Office – due by May 31, 2019.

The Dean’s Office has 20 working days for preparation of the Diploma from the date of the diploma exam.
Please be reminded that a student must have all the University fees paid prior to receiving the diploma.
