Application Procedure

As part of the Erasmus+ programme, students of the Vincent Pol University in Lublin have the opportunity to participate in the following activities:

Student Mobility for Studies (SMS) – mobility of students for the purpose of partial realisation of the study programme at a foreign partner university of the VPU, realised as:
– long-term physical mobility, lasting from 60 days, or one academic semester or trimester, up to 12 months,
– short-term mixed mobility, consisting of physical mobility lasting from 5 to 30 days of stay at a foreign university combined with an obligatory virtual mobility component in the case of student mobility.

Student Mobility for Traineeship (SMT) – student/undergraduate mobility for placements/internships – resulting from the study programme, carried out as:
– long-term physical mobility, lasting from 60 days to 12 months,
– short-term mixed mobility consisting of physical mobility lasting from 5 to 30 days in the host institution combined with a compulsory virtual mobility component in the case of student mobility.

Students have the opportunity to travel to host institutions within the programme countries, namely: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia, third countries not associated with the programme from region 13 – Andorra, Monaco, Vatican City State, San Marino, third countries not associated with the programme from region 14 – Switzerland, Faroe Islands, United Kingdom.

Traineeships

Dear Students
We would like to inform you that admission for Erasmus+ internships is open. Please submit all the required documents in International Relations Office.

3. Copy of English Certificate
4. Photo

After nominations

All students should contact with International Relations Office in order to add to their application form following documents:

 – Learning agreement for trainsheep  Gudelines to fill LA

– Visa / Resident card

Confirmation of place where student will have traineeships

– Details of bank account (EURO)

– Copy of insurance (Every student before leaving for Erasmus+ program should have health insurance, personal accidents insurance (NNW) and liability insurance (OC) – http://euro26.pl/doubezpieczenie-karty/  )

– Dean’s approval letter for traineeships abroad

 

Studies

We would like to inform you that admission for Erasmus+ studies is open. Please submit all the required documents in International Relations Office.

Extension of the period of mobility

A student/non-graduate may apply for an extension of the period of stay within the established limit, i.e. the total duration of the period of physical mobility shall not exceed 12 months in one study cycle, including zero grant stays. The extension request should be submitted no later than 30 days before the end of the mobility. If the university agrees to extend the mobility period, this agreement will be annexed to the appropriate extent.
