THE ORDER OF SETTLEMENT “GREEN TRAVEL”

Travel using low-carbon means of transport such as bus, train or car sharing.

Individual support for living expenses for additional days of travel over 500 km (additional 1 day each way), over 1000 km (additional 2 days each way) and € 50 for meeting the requirements related to “green travel” for people who do not receive a standard flat rate for travel

Students and graduates applying for a lump sum rate for travel costs resulting from the entire trip by means of low-emission locomotives (so-called “green travel”), that are required to submit a declaration about the planned means of transport.
The lump sum in question is paid together with the Erasmus+ scholarship in accordance with the submitted declaration, in the 2nd installment of the trip settlement after the submission of tickets/travel bills.
The declared mode of transport to the place of mobility must be confirmed upon return when the mobility is cleared:

Persons traveling by public means of transport (bus, rail) are required to provide tickets/bills of fare when settling.
The date on the attached bill / ticket may not coincide with the date of implementation of the mobility (dates in the financial agreement);
Persons travelling together by private car (min. 2 people) are required to make a statement.

A maximum of two additional travel days prior to the start of the mobility and two days after the end of the mobility may be granted for GREEN TRAVEL:

For travel up to 500 km – 0 days

For travel from 501 km – 1000 km 1 additional day in each direction

For travel over 1001 km additional 2 days in each direction

If the travel is not confirmed in the above Way student / graduate, the amount resulting from the “GREEN TRAVEL” entitlement will be deducted from the second installment paid after settlement.
