This is the first point of contact for international students and staff who have arrived at our University. Here, they can obtain the necessary information to fully integrate into the academic community of the Vincent Pol University and Lublin. Our staff are available to assist visitors in room 28 on the ground floor.
The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the Vincent Pol University in Lublin on the international market by supporting its potential to accept and serve people from abroad by 31 March 2027.
1. Establishment of a Welcome Point and its operation within the project until 31 March 2027.
2. Preparation of a practical guide for foreign nationals – electronic PDF version available for download from the University’s website.
3. Training of 20 people (15 women and 5 men) from the administrative and teaching staff in intercultural and communication skills.
4. Implementation of an application supporting the service of people from abroad (chatbot type).
