It doesn’t matter if you’re a student from Lublin, from another part of the country, or from another country. If you’re studying in our city and have an idea on how to contribute to the academic development of Lublin, take part in the contest organized by the City of Lublin and win funding for your project.
The aim of the “Akademicki Lublin” competition is to support the academic potential of the city.

What initiatives can be submitted?
-In the competition, you can submit, among other things, planned conferences, academic competitions, student research and scientific projects, festivals, workshops, and scientific tournaments, as well as events that bring together students from universities with the local community,

The submission of applications is open until October 31st. After the competition is decided, the winning student initiatives will be implemented from February 1st to December 10th, 2024.

The value of the financial awards in the competition can be PLN 15,000, PLN 10,000, PLN 5,000, or PLN 2,000 gross. You can decide on the amount of funding you apply for yourself.
The application form for the competition can be submitted in the following ways:
- In person, to the Secretariat of the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Lublin City Office: pl. Litewski 1, in a sealed envelope with the inscription: “Lublin Academic.”
- By mail to the address: Lublin City Office, Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, pl. Litewski 1, 20-080 Lublin, with the inscription: “Lublin Academic.”
- Via email (biznes@lublin.eu), provided that the application form is equipped with a secure electronic signature verified by a valid qualified certificate.
- Through the electronic Platform of Public Administration Services (ePUAP), provided that the application form is equipped with a secure electronic signature verified by a valid qualified certificate or signed with a trusted ePUAP profile.
