§1. General provisions
The regulations set out the rules for conducting an online entrance examination for admission to Vincent Pol University in Lublin.
The exam is organised by the Vincent Pol University in Lublin. The date of the examination is set in advance and announced to the candidate no later than 7 days before the scheduled examination.
Participation in the examination implies acceptance of these regulations.
§2. Technical requirements
The examination takes place online using the Microsoft Teams communication platform.
Candidates must have:
a stable internet connection,
a computer with a camera, microphone and speaker (or headphones),
an installed and functioning web browser.
Candidates are required to test their equipment and connection in advance.
§3. Rules of participation
Candidates are required to:
Join the examination meeting at least 15 minutes before the start of the examination,
confirm their identity (e.g. by presenting a valid identity document in front of the camera),
remain in the camera frame for the entire duration of the examination.
During the examination, it is prohibited to:
use the assistance of third parties,
use unauthorised materials (e.g. notes, mobile phones),
leave the seat without the examiner’s permission.
The examination may be recorded for monitoring purposes.
§4. Procedure for conducting the examination
The examination is oral.
The examination is taken before a committee consisting of two examiners appointed by the university.
The examination consists of two parts:
Verification part
Examination part.
Successful verification of the candidate’s identity is a prerequisite for admission to the examination part.
During the examination, the candidate answers the committee’s questions in real time.
The examination part consists of three questions from the subject areas specified for individual fields of study.

To pass the examination part, candidates must obtain at least 8 points (over 50%) for their answers to the 3 examination questions.
§5. Assessment criteria

§6. Violations of the rules
Any suspicion of academic dishonesty or other violations of the rules may result in:
immediate termination of the examination,
invalidation of the exam result,
exclusion from the recruitment process.

§7. Final provisions
Any matters not covered by these regulations shall be decided by the examination board.
The regulations are effective from the date of their announcement and are available on the exam organiser’s website.
§7. Announcement of results
The examination results shall be communicated to the candidate within 7 days of the date of the examination.
