From next Monday, 4th of December, it will be possible to enrol for the certified exam in Polish as a foreign language. Which will be conducted at the Vincent Pol University in two months.
Our University is one of the centres in Poland where courses are organised to prepare for such an exam, and is also the place where such exams are held. They are very popular among foreigners. Why? Having such a certificate offers many opportunities.
explains Katarzyna Dejnek-Kobylas, who coordinates the work of the Examination Centre at VPU.
– Obtaining the B1 level certificate opens up the possibility of getting a job in EU countries, entitles one to obtain permanent residence in Poland and to apply for citizenship. The state exam at B2 level enables one to study in Polish at domestic universities. The C1 state exam, on the other hand, entitles you to study in Polish at Polish public universities for free,”
The next recruitment – this time for the B1 and B2 levels of the exam – will begin on Monday, 4 December, via an electronic application form. Registration will start at 9am and will remain open until places are filled.
The exam will be held on 4 and 5 February 2024.
