Arkadiusz Cioczek, Msc. Eng. will be running a course called : Logistics in Lean Manufacturing: Practical Applications in Precision Machine Shops during the upcoming PAR BUSINESS CAMP 2025 in Rijeka, Croatia
His session plan includes:
Day 1 – From Prototype Shop to Global Player
Intro to high-precision machining and competitiveness. How small firms scale globally through quality, speed, and flexibility.
Day 2 – Lean Production Cells: U & L Shapes
Smart workstation layouts that improve flow and cut waste. Students will sketch real layouts and identify bottlenecks.
Day 3 – Takt Time, Inspection & Quality Systems
Measuring productivity and ensuring built-in quality. Tools like SPC, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 explained with real-world use.
Day 4 – Machines & Automation in Lean Cells
Overview of multi-spindle, Swiss-type machines and robotics. Matching the right tech to takt time and lean goals.
Day 5 – Kaizen, Culture & Global Value
Lean as a mindset, not just a tool. Focus on teamwork, international communication, and creating value across cultures.
