A new bistro, “Brunch & Lunch,” is opening on Wednesday at Vincent Pol University’s new Medical Sciences Center.
Until now, students and staff at AWP have been able to use the old bar in the main university building. However, the bar has been closed, but there is no need to worry. The university has made sure that no one will go hungry. On Wednesday (November 15), a new restaurant will open in the recently completed Medical Sciences Center that will satisfy the palate of any gourmet.
“We have already received approval from the health inspector to start operating, so we can begin,” says Denys Miroshnikov, who oversees the bistro’s operations. “You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. All meals will be prepared on modern kitchen equipment.”
For breakfast or lunch, you can enjoy dishes such as shakshuka, breakfast burger, or pancakes. The menu will also include sandwiches, various burgers, salads, chicken strips, and cheese sticks. Pierogi and potato pancakes fans will not be disappointed either – you will also find these at the bistro. You can also buy various drinks on site, both cold and hot.
“We will have a permanent offer as well as dishes that will change daily, I mean soup and main course for dinner,” adds Denys Miroshnikov. He assures that everyone will find something for themselves at affordable prices.
Bistro “Brunch & Lunch” is located on the ground floor of the Medical Sciences Center. It will be open daily from Monday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
