Student, do you want to gain new experiences and find employment in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global economy? Take advantage of free workshops within the “Kawiarenki” project.
The “Kawiarenki” project is an initiative of the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship of the Lublin City Office and Lublin universities. Its goal is to enable Lublin students to enter the job market in the sector of modern business services in Lublin and to support project partners in acquiring new employees.
The project is aimed at students from the second to the fifth year of studies and companies from the sector of modern business services operating in Lublin.
“In this year’s edition, students can participate in free workshops developed by the best Lublin companies in the sector of modern services, including soft skills such as personal branding and business etiquette. They can benefit from workshops on self-presentation, time management, or building motivation to better function in a team. Implement the principles of plain language to communicate more effectively in a diverse organization,”
encourage the organizers of the “Kawiarenki”.
For IT enthusiasts, there will be workshops on QA (quality assurance), Salesforce applications, and programming languages in accounting. Additionally, workshops on CV development and preparation for a job interview under the guidance of a psychologist and HR department employee are planned. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in a stimulating game that shows the impact of KAIZEN on process optimization.
“The “Kawiarenki” are located in the offices of companies that will join the project so that students participating in the project can place a given company on the map of Lublin, get to know its activities, learn about its headquarters and employees, and have a direct opportunity to apply, thus starting a career path in the sector of modern business services,”
add officials.
After the workshops, students will receive a certificate confirming the acquisition of specific skills. The registration form is available on the website: https://kompetencjejutra.lublin.eu/kawiarenki/
