Today, the halls of Vincent Pol University of Applied Sciences hosted a special meeting dedicated to international students embarking on their educational journey in Poland.
We had the honor of welcoming two distinguished experts: Dariusz Sala, Director of the Department for Civil Affairs and Foreigners, and Anna Bartnik, Head of the Section for Legalization of Foreigners’ Stay.
The meeting addressed a key topic for our international students – the procedures for applying for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of education. Anna Bartnik provided a clear and accessible explanation of both the theoretical and practical aspects of submitting visa applications and extending residence permits.
“This meeting aimed to raise awareness among international students about the legal aspects of their stay in Poland and the obligations they must fulfill during their time here,” said Aleksandra Różycka, Head of Dean’s Office.
The atmosphere was highly engaging, with students asking questions about application deadlines, required documents, and practical tips for avoiding common mistakes. Our guests answered patiently and thoroughly, helping students feel more confident in navigating the process of legalizing their stay in Poland.
This event was not only an opportunity to gain practical knowledge but also a reflection of our university’s commitment to supporting its international academic community.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Voivodeship Office for their time and invaluable guidance. Your support is truly indispensable for our students!
