Celebrating achievement: Vincent Pol University’s class of 2024 graduates embark on new journeys

Today, students from Vincent Pol University in fields such as Physiotherapy, Beauty Science, Tourism and Hospitality Management and International Business Management concluded their academic journey.

It was a special day, filled with emotions, heartfelt moments, and gratitude. After years of intensive study, countless hours spent in lectures, exercises, and practical sessions, students received their long-awaited diplomas, which are a testament to their hard work, determination, and dedication.

During the graduation ceremony held at the university, students, their families, and faculty members celebrated this significant moment together. The event was marked by emotions, joy, and heartfelt speeches.

“As we leave Vincent Pol University, let’s remember: tourism isn’t just about the places we go, but the experiences we create. So, whether you’re headed to work in luxury hotels, running a cozy bed-and-breakfast, or promoting ecotourism, always aim to make each encounter memorable-just as memorable as that time we learned that ‘siesta’ is more than just a Spanish word; it’s a lifestyle! In closing, I’d like to thank our professors, who were our tour guides through this educational journey, our families and friends, who were our unwavering support system, and my fellow graduates, who made these years unforgettable,” said Tanatswa Mhlanga, a graduate of Tourism and Hospitality Management at VPU.

“Studying in Poland, I am overwhelmed by the experiences that helped me personally and academically. Lublin is a beautiful city, and I’m happy that I studied here. People are always nice,” reminisced Aizhan Amanova, a graduate of Beauty Science.

“The Bachelor’s degree in IBM has equipped us with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of the global business landscape. We have delved into the intricacies of international trade, explored the dynamics of cross-cultural communication, and honed our analytical and strategic thinking abilities to address real-world business challenges,” commented Kudzie Machingura, a graduate of International Business Management.

“I am extremely grateful to have this opportunity to speak to such an esteemed audience. Today, those of you graduating join and lead a group of quality professionals who have faced challenges. Ahead of you, much will be expected; however, keep in mind that every obstacle is an opportunity to grow,” said Maxton Absalom, a graduate of Physiotherapy.

As the ceremony drew to a close, the atmosphere was filled with a sense of accomplishment and optimism. The graduates of Vincent Pol University, now equipped with invaluable knowledge and experience, are ready to embark on new journeys and face the challenges ahead. With the support of their families, friends, and mentors, they are poised to make significant contributions to their respective fields and to the world.

Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
