Due to the approach of the new academic year, the working hours of the dean’s and administrative offices of Vincent Pol University are changing. Some offices will be open on Saturdays and closed on Mondays.
All administrative offices will operate according to the following schedule:
Rector’s Office: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Health Sciences (from 21 September): Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences (from 28 September): Tuesday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dean’s Office of English Studies: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Library: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Recruitment Office: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Cashier’s Office: Tuesday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
