International students took a Polish language test

An approximately 70-member group of prospective international students of Vincent Pol University took a Polish language test on Monday. Now, they face an intensive refresher course that will help them with their studies at our University.

‘This is the second group of our future international students taking the Polish language test. The test they will take will allow us to confirm their proficiency in Polish and place them in the appropriate group’, explains Katarzyna Dejnek-Kobylas, Head of the Polish as a Foreign Language Examination Center at Vincent Pol University. She adds: ‘From Tuesday, everyone will begin a two-week intensive refresher course in their groups, which will certainly improve their Polish language skills significantly’.

The group included individuals from Ukraine, Belarus, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Zimbabwe. Among them was Bevelyn from Zimbabwe.

”I studied English-language Nursing at this university. I have been learning Polish since the first semester. I became interested in the language and thought that I could study in Polish, so now I will pursue my Master’s degree in Nursing at Vincent Pol University, but in Polish,” says Bevelyn.

We wish you productive studies and look forward to seeing you in October!
