On October 22-23, 2024, Vincent Pol University will host the conference “Modern Trends in the HoReCa Industry 2024.”
This exceptional event offers a unique opportunity to explore current issues related to digitization, artificial intelligence, and innovations in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors.
“During the conference, we will delve into current topics related to digitization in the HoReCa industry. We will address questions such as whether robots can replace traditional hotel service and how artificial intelligence impacts the development of this sector. The event will also focus on key issues related to management in hospitality and gastronomy,” says dr Jerzy Wójcik, lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at VPU and co-organizer of the conference.
The conference program will also cover topics related to management, food quality, and current dietary trends. The event is aimed at owners of catering companies, hotels, guesthouses, managers, students, and industry enthusiasts, with additional attractions including culinary demonstrations and advanced technological solutions. Participation is available both in-person and online.
