First-year students of Tourism and Hospitality Managmaenthad the unique opportunity to visit the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Lublin, where they gained firsthand insight into the operation of a modern hotel and the various aspects of working in the hospitality industry.

During the visit, the students explored how different departments of the hotel function daily and learned about the challenges faced in various roles within the hotel sector.

The visit included a tour of key areas of the hotel, such as the reception desk, conference rooms, restaurant, kitchen facilities, and guest rooms. This provided the students with a behind-the-scenes look at hotel operations and how each department collaborates to deliver the highest standards of guest service.
